Hey everyone! This year's huskyTHON will be held on Saturday, February 21st from 6pm to 11am on Sunday, February 22nd. The purpose of huskyTHON is to raise money for the Connecticut Children's Medical Center. Organizations, clubs, or individuals can be a part of this by being "dancers;" that is, they stay on their feet for the full 18 hours while also playing and interacting with children. This year, the Sigma Chapter of KPL here at UConn has sent in 5 representatives to dance - and they need your help! Donate to the cause and support not only the children, but the dancers as well! Click here for more information.
Here are some updates regarding this weeks rush schedule:
- Tuesday's GIM was cancelled due to inclement weather; stay tuned for a reschedule.
- Friday night's rush mixer is cancelled. Join the sisters at the NPHC step show on Friday night at 7. Tickets will be sold at the door - $5 for UConn students, $10 for all Greeks, and $15 for non-students.
As rush nears, the Kappa Sisters of the Sigma Chapter invite you to view the rush schedule for Spring 2009. Take a look and stop by to see what we're all about~!
