Sister of the Month

Ellen Pereira *Garnet* is a Junior and a Nursing/ Polital Science major. She was voted by Sigma Chapter as Sister of the Month of May for the following accomplishments: In addition to always being a loyal and supportive sister, Ellen has shown great leadership abilities. She was an integral part of the planning and success of Greek Week 2008. Ellen has also proved her dedication to Kappa Phi Lambda as President of the Multi-Cultural Greek Council as well as a member of Order of Omega. Ellen is making waves not only in the Asian community but in the Uconn community as a whole. Congratulations Ellen!
